Shortly after you click Submit, you’ll receive a verification that your request has been received. At this point, the Service Request workflow has been put into motion and your request has entered our ticketing system.
When your Service Request Ticket is picked up for action, one or both of the following actions will take place:
- You will receive a phone call from our Service Center to discuss the issue, troubleshoot the issue, and discuss the best course of action as we advance.
- If you have subscribed to our Depot Service, the agreed-upon process within your contract has been initiated.
